1. Sausage Party
Review: This movie is my favorite but I don't know why. There's something special about it that other movies doesn't have. At first glance, it looks like it's a movie for kids, but actually there's a lot of profanity and sexual and drug references which is very hilarious. It is not the best movie out there, but I recommend it if you are looking for a comedy movie. It is a very nonesense movie but it will definitely make you laugh. Director: Conrad Vernon, Greg Tiernan Release Date: August 12, 2016 Voice Actors: Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Ariel Shaffir, Kyle Hunter |
2. The Martian
Review: Very interesting and slightly informative movie. I like this movie because of it's science concepts. It includes some biology, chemistry, and many science related stuff. He used it to survive in Mars which is really interesting because we don't know if it could actually work. Plus, Matt Damon was really funny and it adds a little flavor to the movie. Director: Ridley Scott Release Date: October 2, 2015 Actors/Actresses:Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig |
3. Kingsman
Review: A very good action/spy movie. A little bit bloody but the storyline is amazing. Gory but in a good way, it creates this kind of satisfaction when you see the fighting scences especially the one at the church. I haven't watched the second one but I heard it's as good as this one. Cinematically, the director did a great job. He used a lot of techniques to convey his story. Overall, a pretty good movie. Director: Matthew Vaughn Release Date: February 13, 2015 Actors/Actresses: Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, Samuel L. Jackson |
4. Spider-Man
Review: One of my favorite superhero movies because he was my chilhood hero. I watched the spider-man trilogy starred by Tobey and in my opinion, he's the best. I may be biased because I haven't watched the other spider-man starred by different actors. I think Tobey did a pretty good job portraying spiderman but the "emo" Peter Parker was pretty cringy to be honest. Best spider-man movie IMO. Director: Sam Raimi Release Date: May 3, 2002 Actors/Actresses: Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, Willem Dafoe |
5. We're the Millers
Review: Another very hilarious comedy movie. Not for kids though, there are some sexual scenes that are not appropriate. Could be reflected by people who really needs money and will do anything for it. My favorite scene was when Kenny got bitten by a spider; it was so hilarious. Also, this is where "No Ragrets" came from. I love this movie very much I can't even describe how funny it is. Director: Rawson Marshall Thurber Release Date: August 7, 2013 Actors/Actresses: Jason Sudeikis, Jennifer Aniston, Emma Roberts, Will Poulter |
